Junior Ministry Partner Covenant

Please fill out the following form to submit a Junior Ministry Partner Covenant indicating your desire to partner with Harvest Bible Church in ministry. The form takes 10-15 minutes to complete.

In order to apply to become a Junior Ministry Partner, you must be between 11-16 years of age and have first taken the Harvest Essentials 1 class. If you have not taken these classes, please visit the "Next Steps" tab on our website to sign up for the next available class. This Covenant expires on your 16th birthday after which you will have the option of taking Harvest Essentials 2 and signing a Ministry Partner Covenant.

Junior Ministry Partner Covenant

Having a personal relationship with God through faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ for salvation, possessing the promised Holy Spirit as my guarantee of eternal life, and having stated my faith through believer’s baptism, I do now in the presence of God and before this community of faith cheerfully enter a covenant with the Ministry Partnership of Harvest Bible Church Windsor, to be a local expression of the Body of Christ in our community. I hereby agree to be subject to, and actively support the doctrine and leadership of Harvest Windsor through prayer, adherence to sound doctrine, living a pure life, financial stewardship and giving, service in the church and the fostering of a unified fellowship of believers.

This Covenant expires on your 16th birthday after which you will have the option of taking Harvest Essentials 2 and signing a Ministry Partner Covenant.
